- Pipeline configuration information
- Operational metadata
Depending on customer configuration and data sources, customer telemetry may contain personal data, including IP addresses, usernames, hostnames, email addresses, device names, or other information present within customer-generated telemetry.
Customers determine what data is collected and transmitted to the Edge Delta Platform and are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate legal basis to process such data in accordance with the applicable customer agreement or data processing agreement.

- Create and manage customer accounts

When enabled by customers, AI functionality may process telemetry data, alerts, dashboards, events, and pipeline configuration information to assist with investigation, analysis, summarization, correlation, and operational insights.
Customers control whether AI functionality is enabled.
Edge Delta does not use identifiable customer data to train Edge Delta’s proprietary AI models.
7. Sharing of Information
Edge Delta may share personal data:
- With approved vendors, consultants, and service providers that support operation of our Website and Platform
- To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or lawful requests
- To protect the rights, property, and safety of Edge Delta, customers, and others
