Edge Delta is seeking a Head of Product Marketing to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape the positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy of a next-gen observability platform that’s primed to be a disrupter in the industry. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate with the Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth Marketing teams to create and execute a strategy to build Edge Delta’s position as a leading player in the observability space. You will initially have one direct report and will be in a position to build out the Product Marketing team as the company grows.

  • Work cross-functionally to support successful product positioning and build messaging. Create compelling technical content and collateral to communicate our differentiated value to a highly technical audience.

  • Manage product launches and strategy in partnership with the Product Management team. Define and produce/drive supporting content including blog posts, videos, product demos, product pages, solutions pages, and webinars.

  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to identify and create campaigns across channels including paid media, organic, podcasts, webinars, thought leadership activities, events, and third-party publications.

  • Liaise with Customer Success and Writing teams to tell customer stories through case studies, testimonial videos, conference sessions/talks, joint webinars, and guest blog posts.

  • Work with Product Managers to support PLG through continued optimization of our free trial and customer onboarding experience.

  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis, and liaise with industry analysts.

  • Influence product strategy and roadmap based on customer feedback and market/industry trends.

  • Create internal and customer-facing Sales Enablement materials and tools, and design/lead Sales training sessions.

  • An experienced Product Marketer or Product Manager with 7+ years of proven successful experience in the B2B SaaS industry (experience in the Observability space is a plus) and 2+ years of people management experience.

  • Intellectually curious with hands-on experience writing code and building applications. Familiar with software frameworks, cloud services, and DevOps practices. A degree in CS or experience working as a Software Engineer is a plus.

  • A skilled writer and storyteller, with published examples of professional relevant work (blog posts, product pages, case studies, videos, etc.) to share.

  • Comfortable conducting highly technical interviews with engineers, product managers, customers, and C-suite executives.

  • Comfortable presenting technical content live/on stage to developer and executive audiences.
